Robyn Falck Interiors cares about your privacy. We believe in transparency and we are committed to protecting your personal information. We will only collect essential personal data (e.g. your name, address, email and phone number) and any other relevant information you provide to ensure we can provide you with an excellent service.

Why do we need your data?

We need to know essential personal data in order for RFI to provide you with our services.  We will not collect any personal data that is not relevant to our business.

What we do with your data

All the personal data we collect is retained on the devices we receive them on e.g. mobile phone, computer.  These devices are password and protected.  We may transfer information and store relevant details via Outlook, Gmail or Dropbox all of which are password protected.

We would only share your personal data with a third party (e.g. contractors, decorators or carpenters) if you wish us to arrange this as part of RFI’s services and you have asked us to do so.

How long do we keep your data?

To comply with HMRC tax laws we are obligated to retain your personal data (e.g. name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years.  RFI will delete your information after 10 years.
